She noted how polite and helpful they were, including some help they gave her to move some conifers (that was not part of the quote). She was delighted by the care they took not to walk on any flowers while doing the job (including the crocuses that were coming up through the lawn). She loved how clean and tidy they were and how they worked hard to make the garden look like they had never even been there.
